Somatic Nervous System Reset
The word Somatic comes from the Greek word sōma, meaning “body.” It refers to anything related to the body, particularly in contrast to the mind. In a biological and neurological context, somatic often pertains to the somatic nervous system (SNS), which controls voluntary movements and sensory processing.
A session with Katie includes guided movement specifically designed for the clients needs a breath and meditation exercise followed by a journal exercise. While one session is great, Katie recommends 3 to ensure a shift in the clients neurological function.

Breathing Session
Breathwork is a broad term for various techniques that involve consciously controlling breathing patterns to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It is used in practices ranging from meditation and yoga to therapy and stress management.
Katie has 16 years of practice and experience with pranayama which are ancient yogic breathing techniques that regulate energy flow and mindfulness. Along with other techniques based on the flow of energy through the Chakra system.
A Breathwork session is personalized for the practitioners needs. There will be light discussion about physical and emotional health to help assess the best approach.

Reiki & Breath — $133
Reiki
Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. It is based on the belief that a universal life force energy flows through all living beings and that this energy can be channeled to promote healing, balance, and relaxation. The benefits include but not limited to Reduces stress and promotes relaxation. Supports emotional and mental well-being. May help alleviate pain and accelerate healing. Enhances overall energy balance.

Yoga Privates
Private yoga lessons offer personalized instruction tailored to your specific goals, needs, and experience level. Unlike group classes, one-on-one sessions provide individualized attention, allowing for deeper progress in understanding physical strength, alignment, mindfulness, and breathwork.

Please give Katie 24 hour notice if you cannot keep your appointment.
There will be a full charge if cancelled after this 24 hour period.
